The team building is one of the most important events of Sia Partners. It is the unique opportunity for all consultants (junior to partners) to meet during couple of days and exchange experiences.

Once a year, the event aims to federate the teams around one exotic destination :

• 2009: Kenya
• 2008: Egypt
• 2007: Miami South Beach
• 2006: Finland
• 2005: Marrakech 

The development of our competencies is the main driver of the Career Path for the consultants:

• Sia Partners offer the opportunities for all consultants to integrate a HEC program for leadership.
• Every Tuesday, one manager supported with one or two consultants are presenting the main drivers of a methodology (negotiation techniques, project management, crisis management...).
• Experience and expertise are shared every Thursday night. Two or three consultants are presenting to their peers the final conclusions on their work on current hot topics (organization, regulation, new technologies). At the end of the meeting, all consultants are invited to share their opinions during a friendly cocktail. The weekly presentation is a requirement for our consultants because it helps to develop business and methodological competencies of each individual for the good of the group.
  
• At any time, the junior consultants are always supervised by senior profiles in order to support them during their early career path.
